1. What is a RSVP Prepaid MasterCard® Card?
It works much like a checking account. Have your paycheck directly deposited onto the prepaid card. Once money is deposited on your RSVP Prepaid MasterCard, you can make purchases for goods and services at millions of locations worldwide and use your card at any ATM that displays the MasterCard, STAR, Maestro, or Cirrus acceptance marks. The prepaid card is convenient, safer than cash and your key to gaining financial freedom.

2. How do I use my RSVP Card? –The RSVP Prepaid MasterCard is accepted at millions of locations worldwide. What does that mean to you? You can make purchases at retailers, over the Internet, over the telephone, and from catalogs. You can use it to make reservations for hotels, rental cars and much more.
- At the Store – When making purchases at the store, simply hand the merchant your card, sign for your purchase and there is no fee.
- Debit at the Grocery Store - If you choose Debit you will be asked to enter your PIN at the checkout stand. Based on the stores policy you may be able to get cash over the purchase amount when selecting Debit at the checkout stand. There is a small $0.50 fee for PIN based and signature transactions.
- Over the Internet – You may use your RSVP Prepaid MasterCard when making purchases over the Internet. You may be asked to enter your address as well as the CVV number (3 digit number that is on the back of the card).
- Making Reservations – You can use the RSVP Prepaid MasterCard to make reservations for hotels, rental cars, and restaurants. Depending on the reservation, the merchant may require more funds on the card than are required for the reservation.

3. How can I access the funds I loaded on my card? - You can get cash from your RSVP Prepaid MasterCard at the store or at an ATM
- Cash at the Store – When checking out at the register, choose Debit and ask for CASHBACK. It’s easy and a great way to get cash. It’s only $0.50 per transaction.
- Cash at an ATM – You can get up to $900 per day at any ATM displaying the MasterCard, STAR, Maestro, or Cirrus logos. That's over a 1,000,000 ATM's worldwide. There is a fee of $1.50 per transaction plus any fee charged by the owner of the ATM machine.

4. What happens if I loose my RSVP Card? By calling customer service at 1-888-680-RSVP (7787). For a $10 fee, your card will be replaced and the funds transferred from the lost card to the new card.

5. Can I send money to a friend or relative who already has a RSVP card? Yes, and it is done in a matter of seconds. You just go to the Card Holder Site login at www.RSVPcard.net or by calling customer service at the number listed on the back of your card. Transfer takes effect instantaneously.

6. Can I add money /load my card online? – You can add money to your RSVP Prepaid MasterCard by going online to www.RSVPcard.net and moving money from a number of sources. These include:
- Checking account – You can link a checking account to your card at any time. Once the checking account is validated (typically 2-3 days), you can move money from the checking account to your card at any time.
- Share Money between cards – You can move money from one RSVP Prepaid MasterCard to another RSVP Prepaid MasterCard. Simply go to www.RSVPcard.net or call the customer service number listed on the back of your card.
- Coming soon we will have Green Dot loading that is available at many retail outlets such as Walgreen, Radio Shack, CVS, Ralphs, Kmart and many more.

7. Can I pay at the pump for gasoline?
Yes. You will need to have a minimum available balance of $75 (amount varies depending on the gas stations policy). If you purchase gas at the pump and the merchant obtains an authorization for $75, RSVP will hold this amount for the merchant. If the total purchase comes to $40, the merchant will complete the transaction by collecting on the $40. The remaining $35 will be released back into your prepaid card account.

8. What is the minimum balance required to rent a car?
You need at least 25% above the authorized security deposit amount to rent a car. This amount will be placed “On Hold” on your card at the time of the authorization.

9. Can I close my RSVP Prepaid Card account and withdraw my money?
Yes. You have two options to do this. Either withdraw all your money at an ATM or you can also request the funds be sent to you in a check by calling us at 1-877-447-7372. Once we have verified your personal information, your card will be cancelled and a check will be sent to you.
10. How much cash can I withdrawal at an ATM?
Your prepaid card has a set ATM withdrawal limit of $900 per day. However, some ATM's have set limits that may be less than your card's limit.

11. Is Direct Deposit really FREE? – Your employer can set up his payroll system to directly deposit your salary to your card. There is no fee charged for payroll deposits. When you receive your card in the mail, be sure to complete the direct deposit form and give it to the payroll department. If you do not have this direct deposit form, call our office at 1-877-447-7372 and we will send you one.

12. How do I view my statements? You can view your statements at anytime by logining in online at www. RSVPcard.net and selecting the “My Card” tab at the top. You have the option of getting a summary or a detailed statement.
